Every state in Malaysia had their on special and unique. Todays, i only want to touch about Dangai. Dangai is a type of snack that was easy to find at North Region of Malaysia. In the big city of Kuala Lumpur, it's a little bit hard to find it but you can do it with your own.
It's just a simple dish that main ingredient was coconut. In Malaysia, so easy to get coconut but you will need a mold. In this post i shared the recipe so you can make it your own.
Ingredient
2 cup of coconut
2 cup of sticky rice flour
1 cup of sugar
a little bit salt
What is this
Char Kuey Teow, a type of noodle dish, a fried rice cake strips. Popular among Malaysian mostly Chinese and Malay. Char in Chinese means stir fried and Kuey Teow means rice cake strip.
Where to found it
In Malaysia mostly it's everywhere. In a big city like Key Hell, we can find the dish almost everywhere. From a big restaurant into small hawker stall on the roadside.
